Dr. Osama is a public policy researcher specializing in science and technology policy, especially as it applies to developing countries. Dr. Osama has done extensive research–including his Doctoral Dissertation–on strategy, performance, and incentives systems in R&D labs, ICT industry in developing countries (most notably Pakistan and India), and venture capital industry and entrepreneurship in the developing world.
